By far one of the best customer service around. In the event of a defect, provide a loaner device and take care of collection and delivery or exchange. A good solution for the customer is always sought and this is also fought through with the manufacturer!

We decided to install an air conditioning system from Efa & kaufl and were more than satisfied with the advice and installation. The staff are very competent and friendly. Left everything super clean after assembly. The price was more than fair. Gladly again at any time 👍🏼

I have been a customer for many years and I can only praise it. Every seller really has an idea of ​​the devices and gives recommendations that fit the needs of the customer. Particularly noteworthy is the repair service. If an electronic device is broken, it is expertly checked and repaired. And if it's just a small battery, it's also free. The choice between the Internet and business is really not difficult.

We bought a washing machine and dishwasher, which worked fine. The AEG washing machine, which was advertised as reliable, was defective after 2 weeks. A technician should stop by after 3 weeks, which is too long in our opinion. 10 days after a phone call, someone came and found that the inlet hose is broken (which is weird as water was coming out of the washing machine housing). The guy just meant he had to order a new hose and drove - very unfriendly. The water running out of the washing machine housing did not interest them. Now we are almost 3 weeks without a washing machine in a 4 person household. When calling the store nothing goes on either. We deliberately chose a smaller shop in the region, that was probably a mistake. How will it continue ????????
