A very good deal with competent employees. Because of my Apple devices, I have been there very often lately and have always received good advice.
What I particularly like is the speed with which things are processed. “Hand in today and pick up the day after tomorrow at the latest”, was always the case with repairs.
I can recommend the business with a clear conscience.

Yes, of course. That's why I bought an iPhone from you today. But your customer service ... honestly ... wasn't customer oriented. Your colleague conducted our conversation in an unprofessional manner. She was just rude and irritated.
Unfortunately neither got a call back by phone nor was treated friendly later in the shop. Apparently customers who are not technically well-versed and have no Apple experience are not interesting
