I've been a customer here for years and I'm still very satisfied. Without exception, everyone is nice and always ready for easy sayings. You don't have to talk about the quality of the craft, it's just perfect.

The first time, I was advised by a nice young lady, they even called us back, as promised, after they were done on time with the job. The second time, the boss promised me a week to get my order. No one called back, went to the store and I had to pick up my order 3 days later, and said they had too much to do. Now the third and last and again as promised One week I should get my order and nothing happens. The boss is not in the house, although he gave me the appointment, and I should call when I get my order, but said they should call me not the other way around. It's a very bad experience in the end.

On recommendation, we turned to the goldsmith, Thomas Kortmann in Landshut. The colleague, Mrs. Riegel, took care of our request, which were wedding rings, very lovingly and competently in the first meeting. We were advised, were allowed to try and received after the selection of the right rings for us a very accurate estimate. We were even offered that our rings are made as "trial rings" and no purchase obligation arises for us. After less than a week our "trial rings" were completed. Our trial rings were exactly our wish rings! There was no need to readjust! In terms of advice, quality and price / performance for us a clear recommendation! 5 stars more than justified! We were also offered at the time of purchase that the size can be changed and we had in the "colder" season also need for this. This was done today without any problems. No costs, nice service and also free processing of the ring. We are completely satisfied!

Very disappointing. I really expected something different. I had talked to a very friendly young lady, who, despite her own statement, is still very new to me, very well advised. When I arrived on site, there was no trace of the lady there but only a very unfriendly and additionally arrogant looking, older man. Never again will I go into this shop!
