Super friendly.
Was there because of my watch because the batteries had leaked.
They immediately looked at the watch and said I should wait about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes I came back and my watch was repaired.
There was just one little thing missing and two new batteries were also installed, for a really good price.
I will definitely come again!
Very competent and friendly advice. Super nice and really recommendable. We bought our wedding rings there and were more than satisfied. Thumbs up.
It's one thing to bother. But to show oneself so unreasonable and try to talk out with hair-raising arguments, is something else again. If you want to do yourself a favor, make a bow here.

They came to us some time ago so that we could replace two missing stones in a women's ring.
Already during the acceptance, we sighted the ring and found in your presence that the stones in the piece of jewelry, which you said were bought abroad, are only glued in and not set.
On the same occasion, I expressed my concern to them in advance that more stones could be lost at any time.
At your request, we replaced the two missing stones and checked the fit of the existing ones.
When you picked it up, you were satisfied with the repair.
A short time later you came with the same ring. According to her, another stone fell out, none of the ones we replaced. You wanted to complain about this third stone, which we did not replace.
Of course, we released the ring after sighting, but a ring is a commodity, the use of which we cannot influence. The sighting, which we did not charge, is and always remains a snapshot.
Of course I understand that your partner and you are emotionally attached to this ring. I find it a shame, however, that with a bad review you let your anger out where you just wanted to help, rather than where you bought the piece of jewelry.
