I've been shopping at Orovivo for years and have always been very satisfied with the nice advice, the great selection and the service. But today I was allowed to be really extraordinary! Experience accommodating customer service! My recently purchased earrings were defective due to my own fault and were simply exchanged as a goodwill gesture. I've never seen anything like it before! A really nice shopping experience
I went in on the spur of the moment planning on looking for gold jewelry. I wasn't specially dressed or styled. I was greeted warmly at the door and advice was offered. But first I wanted to have a look. When I found what I was looking for and wanted help, I was given very friendly and competent advice and everything I asked for was shown and brought to me. Since then I have been there twice, each time I was addressed by name (the lady impressed me with her memory) and was just as super friendly every time as the first time. Sometimes a little joke is made.
In short: very, very friendly, great atmosphere, very nice jewelry and a really nice shopping experience - everything I want from shopping. I would love to come back!
PS: Everything looked good in terms of the hygiene concept too, disinfectant on the doors and enough space to keep your distance. In addition, a watchful eye of the store manager, who is careful about the number of customers.
