Just wonderful pieces of jewelery, which my husband buys from the lovely woman Laub. I am thrilled every time. And individually made individual pieces according to my wishes I have already done with her.

Basically nice jewelry. 2x good and very satisfied. But then: for the milestone birthday of my wife after prior telephone consultation 600 km to Landshut arrived several weeks before the birthday of my wife pick a stone and ring to order. One week before my birthday, I receive the message that "important" other orders have come in between (personally, I think the milestone birthday of my wife, for whom I have traveled an extra 1200 km, is actually important enough). She would now make the ring and then send. 5 days before her birthday: she could not believe the stone, would now send him to the Fasser and hope that he would finish in time. 1 day later: the Fasser would not be able to do it either, it would do her harm and POINT. On electronic and telephone request no further feedback. No offer of replacement, no explanation. I am and was stunned - have never posted a bad review in my life, but I've never experienced anything like that ....
