Also, I am very disappointed and angry, as happened with our engagement rings (see article by Mrs. Schier). Thanks to Le Clou and the incompetence of the goldsmith and the unfortunately very meager commitment to the customer of Le Clou itself, one thing that is important to you has been completely destroyed. The rings look horrible after all and none in this company are interested. Apparently, customer service is not particularly important with Austrians because not even an answer comes. Only money thrown out the window .... there remains one despite the small sum of 60 euros plus the cost of the rings only the litigation. But even that will not interest the company. Even here, no feedback will happen .... Hands off!!!!!! Conclusion: You give silver and get back copper. It's as if I buy a BMW and bring it to repair and get a Trabi again ..... rip off!

I'm pissed! We have delivered our engagement rings in the branch in Landshut (Bavaria). His ring should be downsized and my ring enlarged. According to employee (branch manager) this would not be a problem with silver rings. She would send the rings to the goldsmith of her confidence and in 2 weeks we would have our rings back. After almost 3 weeks we got our rings again. Engravings barely visible, but clear traces of editing. Since we are not from the subject, we first took some advice. After less than a week wearing time both rings looked pretty finished. My black discoloration, interface clearly visible and broken the top layer. His ring is extremely scratched. In the branch we were told that this should not happen, they send the rings again (on goodwill) After another 2 weeks we got our rings again. Further significant traces of editing my ring and the ring of my fiancé came MATT !!!!! back ! We sent him in brilliantly. Again, no answer !! Then we wrote to le Clou main branch in Austria. Again, no reaction! I'm pissed ! The service is under all sow!
