I've bought several pieces of jewelry in this shop. For example our wedding rings. We knew exactly what we wanted and got exactly that and in the price category we wanted. I have already had my engagement ring tightened and a stone replaced. No matter how often I entered this shop, I was always greeted in the most friendly way and served immediately. The advice in the jewelry depot is impeccable. Today I sold an old gold chain there. Since it was my first time, everything was explained to me in detail and every question answered. I always feel welcome when I enter this shop and am always amazed at the great prices in this jeweler. After this experience, I would never go to another jewelry store. With this in mind, I would like to thank the team very much! Such a customer-friendly and honest environment is very difficult to find these days.
We had our wedding rings configured and bought here and are more than satisfied. :)
The saleswoman was very friendly, patient and competent.
She took a lot of time to design our rings exactly according to our ideas.
We can only recommend Schmuck Depot because we received great advice and the price-performance ratio was great. 😁
I'm very disappointed ... Brought it a ring and they disfigured it and didn't even want to give me equivalent compensation for the mental worth.
In my opinion, this is a bungler when it comes to repairs. And the owner doesn't know to make amends either. Totally inhuman ... I advise against going to them.
Changing the battery or shortening the wristband ... inexpensive and immediate.
Terrible saleswoman, very incompetent, quickly annoyed and the lady didn't have the explanation either. If three people don't understand, it can't be because of us.
Unfortunately not to be recommended.
