Was commissioned by me with an actually clear and simple rear-end collision - it was almost 1 year ago and was fully regulated by the opposing insurance company Unfortunately, I still run after part of my money because law firm Voigt did not forward the reimbursement for the rental car of the opposing insurance company to me, but incorrectly to the rental car company (which I had already paid for with a credit card). Communication is slow, sometimes not responded at all, promises are not kept, etc. - I can understand and confirm the partly negative reviews. UPDATE: after a bad email, at least the position of the law firm was compensated for and I received an apology call
