Have asked by phone how and if I could get a written procedure of December 2015 in writing. Ms. Kerscher was not only extremely rude but also very outrageous. She immediately interrupted me and told me to hand over the AZ. No please or the like. I said that I needed this for the authority and had already spoken with the district administration department and the competent authorities. She actually said "you do not care!" Appeal to the next higher instance will follow!
