Fast response-> e.g. Quick telephone callback, was quickly on site to change the house entrance lock, nothing was damaged when the new lock was installed and the lock and all the parts around (don't know the technically correct names :-() were installed and adjusted so cleanly that the The lock now locks better and the door no longer has to be pulled up like crazy - better than it was with the old lock from the start.
The whole thing was cheap in the literal sense of the word, so not cheap, but worth every penny.
Here I would give 10 stars.
Very competent and good value for money.
Highly recommended, was in 10 minutes here, door easily opened (only incidentally) and then only 60 € required. I am completely satisfied.
