They claimed me to move the apartment in 4 hours + 50€ for the truck. Finally, the time was 8 hours (for them) +100 €. Exactyl DOUBLE!... The workers were smoking, taking their coffee, talking around and waiting for nothing so finally the time for them 7 hours and they wanted to charge me the driving time as 1 hour which they hadn't mentined before!.. Also, they broke something in the building, some of my furnitures' destroyed.. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The employees at Fries are great, there is nothing to complain about. I had the Fries company after visiting my old apartment (EFH) with the move to a penthouse apartment. instructed. Part of the sofa did not fit through the stairwell. Ms. Fries then left me alone with that, they didn't have an inclined elevator and that wouldn't be their problem if something didn't fit in. I then had to take care of it myself and luckily I met the company Umzüge Reinhart from Bruckberg, who have their own inclined elevator and can also transport everything from the outside into the apartment. Not like at Fries, where the poor guys have to drag everything up the stairs through the stairwell. Hopefully this was my last move, but certainly with a move frieze!

First of all: you can't say anything against the employees of Fries! You can only be sorry to have a boss like that! Fries had looked at our apartment with about 80 square meters and said that her employees need 3-4 hours (removing and installing furniture / aquarium / additional cellar with washing machine and dryer) (we thought we were sporty, but the good woman should have experience to have) We have agreed a fixed price and also the date - Friday! We had the price AND the date in writing on an offer that was signed by us and Ms. Fries. Well in the end the employees of Ms. Fries were already standing in front of our front door on Thursday at 7 o'clock ... it was Friday ... Of course not everything was packed, let alone the new house ready to move in .. I was alone with my son (3 months) and was packing ... the move wasn't until the next day ... Of course I called Ms. Fries immediately .. she was immediately unfriendly and was really the last .. her statement was - either we will move today or not at all .. when I said we made Friday according to the offer, she just said very dry no we verbally agreed on Thursday. There were three of us and all three of us wrote down the Friday appointment ... What was agreed in writing doesn't count for her ... Ultimately, I was able to get some helpers on the fly so that the move could be made .. the employees rattled and did and despite the stress, they had a smile on their face! Of course, it took the employees longer than the planned 3-4h (80sqm apartment to remove and assemble all furniture ..) then warn 8h .. and that although they didn't take any long breaks - the calculation was completely wrong .. we offered the employees coffee, then Mrs. Fries came and chased the men on to the next move .. From Ms. Fries to this day no apologies or anything else came ... you were still called stupid because not everything was packed ... but hello ?! We would still have had 24 hours .. well .. Words fail us with Mrs. Fries! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again !! And we wouldn't recommend the company to anyone ...! As I said the staff can be really sorry toe do a great job !!

The men worked well but the bill at the end was almost twice as high as the offer. I think if you make an offer then it should also be approximate and if arrival and departure times should be calculated with the also reflected in the number of hours of supply.

The move went perfectly from start to finish! All processes, from the delivery of the boxes (which were provided free of charge) to the move to the collection of the empty boxes, were carried out professionally and for us totally comfortably. The invoice was slightly above the offer price, but this was due to the clearing of a cellar, which was not included in the offer. In the beginning we wanted to do that ourselves. Fortunately, this was done easily and without a new order process. The last time you moved with another company, things like that just weren't done. That was the disadvantage of the flat rate 😅 All in all we had a good feeling throughout! Top company 👍🏼👍🏼
