The company is doing the facade insulation for an apartment building in which I live. The work should take 3 months, now 2.5 months longer and not finished yet. Work only began about 2 weeks after the scaffolding was erected. In between there were no workers for days. The workers are friendly, but there is no communication. If you want to work on the balconies, you will be notified 5 minutes in advance. Dirt at the entrances is not removed after work, so there is always dirt in the doorway. When it rained heavily, the rainwater poured from the roof along the wall and behind the insulation, because the company had removed the shingles and did not create a transition to the rain gutter. I'm curious whether this will cause mold in the rooms behind.

Our opinion as client and client: Of the 20 companies involved in our new building, the company Rasshofer was unfortunately the worst. The applied coating on the concrete walls has peeled off, in other places large bubbles have been created. Carport floor coating was not carried out according to order and rework was rejected. A tripping edge has not been removed, and a craftsman from another company has been fractured in the hospital following a fall over that edge. The communication is extremely bad and guilt are basically the others.
