Thank you very much for this form of therapy! There is nothing better in Germany than your intensive therapy with these great therapists. I felt very comfortable and learned a lot. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.
An excellent practice. Very good organization. Especially the Lashittherapy has brought a significant improvement in my hand, arm and shoulder function. Will repeat the treatment to solidify the success. Dr. med. Henning White
Meanwhile, I completed a 10- and a 15-day block. This computer-assisted method of occupational therapy does not immediately bring the desired results right away to everyone. However, I've been so convinced that I've switched from "block treatment" to continuous, weekly sessions. Although I am not yet at the finish, but the competence of the entire team to Chief Michael Laborn and Therapeutic Director Katherina Eigelperger shines not only through competence, but also through empathy and a pleasant atmosphere that the sometimes very demanding "work" to the joy , Try it!
On 30.10.96 I got a brain hemorrhage, the consequence of which is right paralysis.
All attempts, my hand / bwz. Making the arm functional failed.
My arm / hand is paralyzed and sometimes very spastic, an extension of the fingers was not possible at all.
By chance, I met on the Internet on "Laboratory Hand and Ergotherapy".
It was u.a. For a successful development of the arm and hand function advertised, even if it is already a long time back.
I called immediately, a very friendly voice answered my questions, and I got a first appointment with Mr Laborn.
He did a lot of tests and I received an intensive training from 2.2.2015 for 10 days.
Every day I had three hours of therapy, which consisted of arm-based training and different robot assistance systems.
Always by my side was my responsible occupational therapist with Mrs. Kober, who is very nice and has much experience in the field of hand therapy.
After I felt a huge improvement after the 10 days, (less spasticity, the hand feels very relaxed)
and this after so many years, I have extended for another 5 days.
In everyday life, I now feel a lighter and loose feeling of the arm, by reducing the spasticity.
In addition, my arm can now perform the pendulum movement during walks, which contributes to a more pleasant feeling.
The finger stretching comes also slowly, so that I like to drive the 120 km to Ergoldsbach for 1 double hour weekly.
The whole team is very friendly and helpful and I am always happy when I can go to my therapy.
You are a great team, keep up the good work, the patients thank you !!!
I can recommend the training to anyone, even if it is still so small steps, it is always worth !!!!
I am currently 27 years old and had a stroke 8 months ago for some inexplicable reason and, due to my weak arm, hand and finger function, decided to do a two-week intensive therapy at laboratories in Ergoldsbach in November in addition to my therapies. The therapy was performed on different robots for the relevant weak points. In addition, a fine motor skills training was completed. Both were great! I especially liked that I had my personal occupational therapist at all times and this corrected me in evasive movements, etc. and relaxed in between. The atmosphere was very pleasant and familiar. You felt in good hands. The apartment of Laborn is highly recommended. The therapy definitely brought me something. My shoulder area and my wrist have become much more stable and the function of the fingers has also improved. Even now, about three weeks after that, daily progress is noticeable, as the therapy still works and I perceive my affected hand much more consciously and use it more in everyday life. This is extremely important for further success. Thanks again to the lab team!
