Very unfriendly you stand in front of closed doors, although two people are inside. Got a sms and a letter that you can pick up goods and at the end the police were called. Because the gentleman was not able to speak normally but became abusive and called the police. Warehouse in Altheim just unfriendly and lazy staff.

I have a great understanding of the measures in Corona, but that it affects the side effects on the courtesy ... Standing 10 minutes before the shop closed, no customer after me (!), I was the last, only had to pick up a chair, none Couch or suite, but no. from me there is only one star because MÖMAX is so badly organized. I understand if the furniture is not allowed to be returned due to the corona measures. But the MÖMAX is not able to communicate this on the website or in the pick-up e-mail is very annoying. Yesterday I received the email that the goods are in the warehouse and can be picked up. Today you stand there in front of closed doors. It would have been only fair to communicate this with your customers so that you have the choice to cancel the goods or be prepared for the fact that you will not have the goods by Christmas!
