Helpful at first, but then cheeky rip-off. The result: a lot more money was spent on an alleged service that I never received. Instead, simply issued an overpriced ticket and therefore talked cheekily. My emergency situation has been taken advantage of. Unfortunately typically DB ... will anything ever change? Who knows ...

The best thing I know about the train is the staff at the travel center in Landshut. Friendly, even if it is just buzzing, helpful and competent. Keep up the good work and the rest of the group can take an example.

Good opening hours. Nice staff especially the men. Have been especially good and friendly helped. Also if you have a combination ticket custom by train and MVV
