In March the tax return was thrown into the tax office mailbox. At the beginning of May, our receipts came back with the letter that the declaration had been processed and only had to be sent. In June there was no tax assessment so called. It has not yet been processed and whether we can bring the receipts again. We were told that it would take 2 weeks. Called again today (July 16) ..... now our receipts cannot be found and nothing has been processed. Corona or not, that's not possible.

Extremely long processing times, tax declaration made by magpie, 2 months later still no decision. Emails with a request will not be responded to after more than 1 week. Some of the clerks are not even up to date with the latest legal situation, here I had to send the clerk the new regulation as evidence?!? Very funny, as a layperson I have to explain to people how to do their job ...

I was already allowed to "enjoy" some tax offices in my life and can say that the tax office Hersbruck clearly has the friendliest and most helpful employees. Because of various concerns, I had to consult several times over the phone and was able to quickly reach the right person each time. All employees have always tried to help, friendly, understanding and, above all, as unbureaucratic as possible. The processing of tax returns was always fast. Appeals were handled promptly and always to my satisfaction.
