When I came in it was actually really good. The nail designer was nice, sometimes difficult to understand because she didn't always speak correct German, but that wasn't bad at all. Then when I said I wanted the ballerina nail shape, I looked into a face full of question marks. She didn't know what that was, and then I had to show her a picture. When she started, instead of asking me, she had simply said that we would make the smallest nail length, since that is still growing. Unfortunately I realized that it was too short because I didn't know how long they would be. When she had put on the stencils, they were bent up slightly. I meant if that should be so, she said yes. Unsuspecting, I ended up with acrylic nails that were bent up instead of down. After a few days they started to leave, although I hardly did anything with my fingers, except for writing. When I then went to the nail salon to have it repaired (which was free of charge!), The boss first came to me musty and musty with the sentence 'Oh God, that's really unnecessary. Show me here instead of repairs my nail, as advertised, she just stuck it on with nail glue. I could have done that myself. For 50 € and this lousy achievement I would rather go to Nuremberg. There they are sometimes € 20 cheaper and the quality is much better. It's a shame, because the studio looks nice from the outside.
