We bought a coffee machine in Ludwig's shop. This never worked properly, after a total failure we went to the shop to complain. In the most unfriendly way we were initially accused of operating errors. A salesperson who obviously doesn't need any customers (there is no other way of explaining this impolite and customer-unfriendly treatment) then unwillingly accepted our complaint. We decided to go to a local dealer and not to order online. That’s what you get from it. I am sorry to have to say not to buy anything there. Unfortunately.
