If the washing machine breaks in lockdown during the holidays, it is good to be able to rely on the local dealer. Reachable by phone despite company vacation, we were able to order a new machine (stock). This morning it was delivered and connected on time. The old machine including packaging was taken along and everything was left clean. Super Service!

Unfortunately, I was not informed that a technician would charge 20 euros for a journey of 5 km, then an hourly rate that is impressive. In the end it is not even clear whether the device will work again. Bill of over 130 € !!!! The management is not ready to speak to me! Too bad ... we will definitely not contact the company again.
