Terrible store, when you go there you think it's closed. Only one or two lamps are on in the entire store. You think you are in a warehouse and not in a store ..... Swabian thrift. No choice. Sorry never again

Impossible, cheeky and outrageous. I have never experienced something like that at retail. We asked politely. The Lord formally complemented us out. We are older people and did not immediately know which version of the Mac eBook we had. When I told the seller that we would look and come back, he said we should buy where we come from. He must have seen our license plate. We have never seen such lousy treatment anywhere in Germany. One can only warn against such business conduct. We then bought in a small shop with very nice service. Zero stars for Expert in Lauf!

I bought a microwave from Expert today. The seller was very nice and when the temperature was 32 degrees he carried the microwave to my door without being asked and helped fix it to my trolley. I think that is not a matter of course nowadays, thanks again for that and I would like to come back to this business, because more is not possible.

Was looking for a new TV. When I found a device that met my expectations and PL, the seller wanted to sell an even more expensive TV. Allegedly the cheap model is not in stock and the exhibit cannot be sold. When we couldn't reach an agreement, I was literally pushed out of the store with the words I should go where the pepper grows. Seldom met such an arrogant fool like this gentleman. Better leave your money somewhere else. Nobody should buy here.
