Almost six months ago, we acquired a Lanzet washbasin plus base unit of the K3 series and we are thrilled about it. Extremely high quality and very nice to look at. We will now equip our second bathroom with it.
We bought the bathroom furniture 'vedro' from this company, 2015, after almost a year the body had to be replaced, as it swelled up. In addition, we have to replace the handle strips annually, as these are not suitable for a bathroom furniture. The chrome dissolves. After 2 years we are now out of warranty and find that the company for your defective goods no longer just stand. On request why we are not finally sent handles that last more than a year, we were told that there were no others. We can not recommend this manufacturer for a lot of money bad product.
Thank you, for your opinion, yes the handle bars have arrived, but unfortunately they did not even survive a year. Which proves that they are not suitable for a bathroom furniture. After a short time, the chrome ring will come off again. Now the warranty has expired ....... For such an expensive furniture that is not okay.

Quality Made in Germany - this is what Lanzet Badmöbel GmbH advertises. A few years ago we acquired Lanzet bathroom furniture because we thought it would last a long time. Unfortunately, that was not the case: after 7 years, the coating on the cabinet detached itself from a cabinet door. OK. can happen. Customer service written by Lanzet: not responsible, we should contact the dealer. This visited and ordered a new door for 46 EUR which was delivered after a few days and exchanged by us. POSITIVE: Door was still available after 7 years. NEGATIVE: what quality is that when the furniture practically dissolves after 7 years of normal use ...
