The customer service and advice is very quick, friendly and professional. The shop is designed intuitively, offers every payment option that I know and provides the customer with all important information.
What is outstanding compared to other retailers, however, is that Chairgo, in addition to a 5% discount, grants every customer (not only private customers as prescribed) a right of withdrawal without charging any fees for use (very rarely in the B2B area!). The shipping there and back is also free, so that the goods can be extensively tested. Very customer friendly!
I am completely satisfied with my desk chair. What I particularly liked was that they took a lot of time to find the right chair for me. In addition, the differences between individual models were explained to me in detail, as well as explained in detail which lever has which function / effect. Top advice, can only be recommended! Employees were always friendly, whether in person, by email or phone. The order / delivery was quick and easy.
