Everything perfect!!! From advice to planning, ordering, delivery and installation, everything was excellent. That's how we wanted to buy our kitchen and can only warmly recommend everyone to buy their kitchen here. We know enough comparisons from other kitchen buyers who bought from large furniture stores and only had trouble. With us everything worked. The kitchen is a dream, we are absolutely thrilled. We tested the Segmüller comparatively beforehand, both the 'advice' (whether you buy the kitchen or not, I don't care, I'll be retired in 8 weeks) and the planning were far from what we had in mind and also more expensive than now and with higher quality equipment. Conclusion: Top kitchen from a committed specialist, no wishes were left out of consideration. 100% recommendation. Any time!!!

I cannot understand the reviews ... I can only advise against !!! I bought my kitchen there a little over 2 years ago. Have and only had trouble ... When planning, I asked if the company had OWN fitters - this was answered in the affirmative ... I was promised an electrical outlet on the island when I was planning it. Two appointments were needed for the planning because the appointments were so tight that EVERY TIME a different customer behind a stand - so anything but a relaxed sales atmosphere! Everything looked great when it was planned, and the price of just over € 20,000 was also reasonable (at first glance). SO PURCHASED OR ORDERED! Then the disillusionment followed !!!! It came! A fitter! With two helpers (only to be carried!). This “poor” fitter then set up the kitchen ALONE in two days! The helpers drove again immediately. A part was ordered completely wrong. Newly ordered - wrong again! It took a total of three journeys and an unbelievable 4 days in total (which of course I lost on vacation days) I have complained several times. The manager demands. He was always busy - requests for callbacks in vain ... I withheld € 500 (actually I should have withheld € 5000!). There was never any reaction about the money from the studio - because of course they know that everything went really bad. After persistent attempts on my part, I received an email suggesting a conversation with the manager. However, it was always avoided. Put off on the phone. Been there in person - out of the house! There is no socket on the island - so space is unusable for electrical devices! Strong vibrations kept coming from the wall unit - probably from the refrigerator ... complained about several times - ignored ... A board keeps breaking out over the trash can or under the sink - I didn't get the right hinges either. So far I have bought two kitchens in a furniture store. Once 2, once 3 fitters came - better advice (more time taken), better service, better quality and better price! One-time journey - everything fit! AND AFTER PURCHASE SERVICE !!! WHY BUY HERE ?????

Found our dream kitchen here. The boss plans here personally and takes a lot of time, responds precisely to requests and gives great tips. In any case, he has the big picture in view. The price for the performance is great. The installation was carried out professionally, punctually, cleanly and creatively. All in all a great operation that is always recommended. Thanks a lot
