This clinic is exceptional. My stay there for two weeks was really good. You don't feel at all like you've been in a clinic, it is more like a hotel. All the staff is more than just polite, no matter what. When they apply creme, when you ask them for something, when you meet them in the hallway, in the cafeteria...anywhere. Also they helped me a lot with my skin, it has improved much while staying there, I am really satisfied. Additionally to the treatment with creme, pills and rays you can sign up for "presentations" where they will tell you how to avoid scratching, what alternatives you can use or how to reduce it. Overall it was a very, very good stay, super treatment and exceptional nice staff but I hope I do not have to come back soon.

This is definitely one of the best Skin clinic in Germany specially for children. We were there due to our daughters eczema. Super friendly staff, organised, clean and lovely location. Very professional doctors, they made our daughter feel so homely. Most of them speaks English so language was also not a barrier. There were lots of thing to do in her free time like play ground, board games, a care house for children or walk beside the river. We stayed there for 9 days and by the end they were able reduce the symptoms almost by 70%. Even we received special training on how to handle this at home. Before coming here we were skeptical about the clinic but once we arrived here my worries were all gone. Even Hersbruck is a nice town with a small city centre. One can buy all the necessary stuffs within walkable radius. Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience. I can definitely recommend this if your child is suffering from eczema or Neurodermatitis.

3rd time here. Given the complicated problem that I have aquired. This is the only Klinik that could help me. Friendly Competent Staff. And a very quiet, tranquil area. Thanks again Everyone!

A clinic with heart and soul. I felt very welcome from the start. The doctors took their time and were available at any time, even on weekends. You can feel a lot of cordiality in the entire team. Every single employee is competent, friendly and courteous. After a 4 week stay, my skin had healed very well. I was also very well instructed in skin care at home. This clinic is highly recommended. Thank you for everything - you are absolute professionals!

Was here for almost 3 weeks and immediately felt very comfortable. Dr Quasim Abu Elrub helped me a lot. Would like him and the sisters BAGONA, SIMONE, ANNA, PETRA, Thank you very much for your good care and support. I can only recommend the clinic. Praise to the kitchen. The food was excellent. Would love to come back again and again if necessary. Thank you 👍💝
