A nice shop small but nice. The shop assistants tried very hard, bought me three great pieces of jewelry.

Ich wollte einen Gutschein, weil ich jetzt im Lockdown ein Geschenk brauchte. 4 Euro Versandkosten für ein kleines Kärtchen sind mir allerdings zu heftig, drum habe ich in der Zentrale angerufen. Der schlau Typ hat mir erzählt, dass ich jetzt in LAUF rausgekommen bin und gefragt, was ich jetzt in LAUF von ihm will. ( der kann sich scheinbar nicht vorstellen, dass in Lauf und um Lauf und um Lauf herum auch Leute wohnen) Karte konnte er mir nicht rauslangen, da ich ja weder Hänldlerin noch Markenbotschafterin bin. Die Gutscheine gibts sebstverständlich NUR da, weil das Zeug wahrscheinlich so exklusiv ist. Ja ja aus Silber, die (falschein) Steine sind reingeklebt und fallen ab und zu halt mal raus. Außerdem das Zeug wird weltweit zu horrenden Preisen vertickt. Ergo isses NUR DER NAME , mit dem die Kohle machen . Ohne mich. Das Geschenk war dann schließlich Geld, und kein Gutschein. Hoffe, es wird nicht für TS Schmuck ausgegeben.

Ordered a necklace as a gift in the online shop. The order was confirmed, but I still haven't received a shipping confirmation one week after the order confirmation. Upon my (!) Request, I was informed of the following: "Due to an internal system change, there were unfortunately increased inventory differences and several orders could not be served. [...]" That was it with the birthday present ... was consoled me with a 10% discount on my next order - embarrassing! Mistakes happen, no question. Would I have received any information without asking? Transparency should be the minimum measure of good customer service, unfortunately this is not the case here! To date, my short, factual complaint via email has also not been responded to ...
