Very satisfied and grateful for the competent, quick and above all successful advice and support from Mr. Hr. Dr. Hutter. My car (older model) was damaged on the side door. I had little hope of compensation, but the insurance took over the damage in full.

I would like to rate the attorney Daniel Barth here. I have to explicitly warn against going to this gentleman. 1. I received information only after explicit request 2. I had to wait a long time for information 3. Some of the statements were written only very briefly in technical language, without making it easy for the layperson to understand 4. I could wait a long time for a call back 5. Advice = 0 6. Measures were only initiated after a query, instead of him having set himself a reminder 7. He did not inform his clients about a change in parental leave 8. Mr. Barth did not receive any information that he was changing offices and no longer looked after the case I cannot recommend this lawyer. Organizationally really underground and not what you would expect from a good lawyer. I was really disappointed. The law firm Rochow und Partner has not done itself a favor.
