I have often bought a massage voucher as a gift from the Physio-Praxis Handwerk, as this time on June 3, 2020. However, I learned from the gift recipient that this time she does not want a massage voucher. So I went into practice on June 15, 2020 and wanted to give it back. The Handwerk employee explained to me that they basically no longer take back vouchers. Also my objection that there was less than 14 days between the issue of the voucher and the time of return and thus the legal right to object did not convince her. So you can scare off voucher customers.
