I've been a customer of Physiotherapy Berthold for years ... great, super nice therapists (I've been with Maike and Philipp for the last few months).
You have golden hands ... even if the doc was no longer able to help, Maike or Philipp did it.

Appointments follow one another. As a result, previous delays are carried over to the next patient and the already almost 20 minutes are shortened without compensation.
In addition, new therapists are constantly assigned to the patients - unless they are explicitly requested. So you are forced to describe your complaints again at each session. Again precious time that is lost from the actual treatment.
Unfortunately, I can't say much about the therapy itself because - as described - I always had new therapists. Certainly some of them do their job very well.
1. I just had a not so great experience. I am in poor health and canceled my appointment today out of consideration for our fellow human beings. Now I should be billed for the appointment. We are in a difficult phase - Corona.
I was told to come. I find this behavior irresponsible.
2. Waiting times for an appointment are unfortunately very long in order to be able to treat acute cases as quickly as possible, here you should perhaps introduce an "acute consultation".
3. The therapists are all great and do a good job.
I have been going to the Berthold Physiopraxis for 2 years and I am very satisfied.
Even when you come in the door makes you feel comfortable.
Super friendly welcome, a great and dynamic team, the right time for one take and respond to the specific needs.
I already had great successes after the first treatment.
Here cordiality is capitalized.
I can only recommend it to everyone.
