Does not work at all! We were in the door department looking for the side entrance door. Searched more than 15 minutes and didn't find the right one. During this time 2 men passed us several times, but looked intensely WEG. We finally asked when both stood together if we could ask a question about the doors? With the incredible answer "this is bad now" !! My husband asked anyway, "yes they are there for 119, - €" and pointed to the shelf from a distance. Under the eyes of the two of them, my husband and I pulled the door off the shelf, no help whatsoever. At the checkout, the door price is not € 119. The saleswoman then pointed out that we would not have looked properly. So I looked back and forth without help. My husband was about to explode !! That was the last piece we bought there, because apparently the staff does not need to put customers at peace. One star is for the nice young man at the entrance who disinfected the car and was very friendly.

Reservation of the goods worked including mail notification, but when I was picked up I was "turned on" in the most unfriendly manner, actually only paying cashless ... There was nothing in the mail about that, it said: Pay as cashless as possible, in Bavaria only ... 2 stars there are plenty ... If you don't feel like working: stay at home!

After addressing the employee, asking to help me, that was too much for him. I did not get a correct answer. It was more important to him to talk to his colleague.

After several attempts in other Obi stores, we landed on this store, which was very satisfactory and, unlike other branches, could still be reached in the evening. With a very friendly and competent employee we were able to place a large order over the phone, which could also be delivered to us and that at no extra charge, as we are still within the 50 km delivery radius. We had to have something added that could be done without any problems. The delivery took place the following week, the driver informed us 30 minutes beforehand as agreed. Unfortunately, all of this was not possible in the other markets due to Corona. Big compliments to this uncomplicated handling!
