The service stops immediately after paying. In February 2018, after friendly and competent advice, we bought living room furniture. These were delivered after several postponements with errors (can occur) in May. The deficiencies were not resolved until December 2018. The communication of the company Schröter consists of 0815 text modules. If service, then NOT Schröter! July 2019 Addition and partial correction: The service did not stop, of course, but was not target-oriented, whereby all employees were friendly and concerned. We received the last part in June 2019, 13 months after the first delivery. In the meantime we have received a number of letters with deadlines being postponed and we also had appointments with completely wrong or even more damaged parts. In addition, we have waived the exchange of one part for a discount. We also received a small voucher as “compensation for pain and suffering”. If the penetrating smell goes away from the closed parts, you could make a hook. So the Schröters tried hard to be the best we can say. Satisfied is different. Update 2020. We had a complaint that was immediately acknowledged without trying to get rid of it and was regulated with the usual delay by the manufacturer. So, the after-sales service works. For this I like to raise my rating two stars.

Like to come here from Leipzig and enjoy this atmosphere of well-being. Restaurant 1A and at great prices with friendly staff! Cashier always very attentive and friendly! Last on 08/27 2020 Pikeperch in mustard sauce with boiled potatoes and a small salad, simply delicious and at a great price! Excellent! Thank you and see you soon! Schreiter family from Leipzig
