You make advertising 24 hours reachable no one goes to call more times then do not do 24 hours service if you can not

This taxi company left me after 3 days of business trip at half past one in the morning after arrival of the last train at the station running right. After waiting and call if the taxi is late I was just told it can not be changed now, since Rock in the park guests must be taken care of, and they wish me well. The taxi has been waiting at a different location, other passengers have been picked up and no replacement has been sent. After an hour walk (including about 2km through the forest) with luggage, I finally arrived without support of this service provider at home. Conclusion: would rather bear the outrageous taxi competition again than at half past two at the station to be left.
