Most bus drivers are very rude and take advantage of every situation to scream and scare mostly minors and elementary school children. This does not have a particularly good impact on the image of public transport. After all, they shout at their future customers.

Extremely rude drivers. The boss is no better, and if you want to complain about something there, you will be whined immediately and sometimes insulted. This bus company simply belongs out of circulation. Oh yes, there are also very many complaints in the district about this "bus company". Soo finally the district got involved. The next goal should be the personal bankruptcy of this family. Just a dirty shop. Hope Pauli reads it and gets excited;)
