Booked a vacation for the whole family through the travel station. The girls were very friendly and helped us a lot. Unfortunately, the vacation was the absolute horror, hotel and facility run down, food inedible. After several attempts to change the hotel via tour operators etc. we flew back at our own expense. The bottom line is money is probably gone, the travel agency sees the sole fault of the organizer and sees no reason for any compensation. The bottom line: Sell vacation yes, collect commission yes and the rest is at the customer if there are problems. Thank you
