Very bad advice, I wanted to rebook a flight and got an offer that would be much more expensive than a new flight and with very bad connections. When I asked for a new offer, you gave me the worst offer you could find. Not at all Recommended. I have never written a recession but in this case it was really necessary. Very bad customer service
