The Observatory is privately organized by committed citizens of the town of Lauf. During the opening hours there is always someone in the room and is happy if he / she can help, give some insider tips, tell stories and distribute leaflets. In addition, computer courses can be booked here and help with applications can be obtained. It's great when citizens are so involved free of charge. The location of the place is not optimal, because the small alley is hardly visited by tourists. Nevertheless, for every visitor of the city, but also for residents, the Bürgerertreff is a worthwhile point of contact.
