Was there for the first time today as I changed practice with my dog. The first appointment took place with the boss because he would like to get to know the new patients / customers personally. Although we have another journey, we are always welcome and I am pleased. He explains everything in such a way that you can understand it and doesn't waste time talking about the bush. Also that my dog ​​is a "scared patient" is not bad at all and is accepted without criticizing the attitude or anything else

Very friendly staff and doctor / doctors. You get an appointment quickly and in emergencies immediately with a little waiting time (depending on urgency). Practice is easy to find. What more could you want .... 👍👍👍

Based on the good reviews, this was our practice of choice. And it stayed! We have been a few times now. The kind of Dr. Sauernheimer is unbeatable, towards animals and us. Unfortunately he is not still a medical doctor, otherwise I would like to be a patient! The medical professionals in the practice are also friendly and welcoming.

The best! Dr. Sauernheimer saved the lives of 3 of my cats; the other veterinarians in Eschenau and Neunkirchen am Brand had made completely wrong diagnoses and wanted to euthanize the cats. If I had listened to them, my cats would be dead now. Sauernheimer has enormous knowledge and empathizes with animals. For me he is a real hero, sociable, warm and uncomplicated. The whole team there is doing a great job. THANK YOU!!!
