The worst! Seems to be double the price of the local independent place on Bergheimerstrasse and the key they made me did not even work.
The counterfeit key did not fit, was twice as expensive as e.g. in the Bauhaus and the staff was also only moderately friendly. It could not have been much worse.
So far 2x shoes for repair and very satisfied. Quality is right, nice service and fix was synonymous, what can I say.
The guy who gave me the key didn't really bother. The key had cost quite a bit for not even opening the door. Even with the naked eye, I could see that the grooves and depressions did not fit. I noted that directly and meant that he should correct it and do exactly what the original key looks like - he processed me with a foolish "Oh nonsense, what is that? It opens the door to 97%!" (in German: "I don't want to deal with you anymore and now you give me the money") - yes then this Monday model is probably one of the 3% that he made sloppy ... Thank you ... for nothing...
The new owner seems to be very good in terms of counterfeit keys. In contrast to the predecessor, he has done a flawless job and he is also friendly. See highly recommended!
