As a pregnant woman, I am not only disappointed, but appalled! I was shown an exercise that I should do at home, but which can be dangerous without supervision. After I pointed this out, I was offered this exercise again and assured that it would still be perfectly fine. My gynecologist was also surprised by such a procedure. In consultation with my doctor and health insurance company, I should expressly not use a treatment that my orthopedist had mistakenly prescribed for me, which, however, I had to explain here because it was not even questioned. Why do I, as a patient of a physiotherapist and head of such a facility, have to explain which treatments are not suitable for pregnant women? Isn't there such a thing as duty of care? Starting with the fact that during the first treatment they overlooked that I was pregnant at all (and yes, you could already see it from the outside) because you hadn't read the file before! I came to every treatment on time and still had to wait 5-10 minutes each time, but each treatment ended on time! After canceling the last appointment and also explaining why I would not be coming any more, I was told that the line would give me a call to speak to, as it was understood that things were not going well. Instead, weeks later I received a reminder that I had forgotten to pay my bill, and I never received one before. Then finally I had the opportunity to call the boss, but she wasn't even interested, which is why I was dissatisfied, I didn't even get an apology. Never again!
