I ordered a beautiful, large, colorful bouquet for my 80th birthday from my friend, my florist in Cologne, via Fleurop, for a value of € 50.00. The bouquet that was delivered was an absolute cheek! Simply lovingly colored cut flowers tied together. Simply tasteless. I get this bouquet here in Cologne for 15 euros, but it's nice then !!! When my florist complained, the following answer came up: "Yesterday, I tied the bouquet with our cut flower prices. In addition, it complied with the floristic principles. I will therefore not deliver a replacement bouquet". I have never experienced such impudence and poor service!
