When I entered the well-tended premises of the Weidenweg car dealership on Wintgensstrasse in Duisburg, I experienced something positive that has "gone out of style" in many other (including major brands) dealerships: I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner, asked in detail about my interests and wishes and then advised in detail, expertly, patiently and above all in a very friendly manner by Mr. After a short time, I could clearly feel that you don't want to "sell" your customers, but want to convince them over the long term and retain them, which in my case was absolutely successful! With the whole process (sold a Mercedes SUV, bought a new Hyundai) I was and am very satisfied in every respect. We can recommend this car dealership with a clear conscience. The telephone information matched the vehicle on site absolutely. On the phone, we were able to reach an agreement with the friendly seller Mr. Aralik within 10 minutes. We liked the fact that the vehicle was removed from the immediately afterwards We were then able to take the well-maintained vehicle with us 3 working days later, as agreed, with a 2-year new TÜV.
