Visited this place for consultation and test ride on a Ford car. The consultant, Mr. Dustmann did a great job at presenting the car and it's capabilities.
The test drive was not booked beforehand, but the shop offered us one in short notice and in the right config that we had in mind.
I am very satisfied with the service and generally with Ford Automobiles. 😉👍
1 star only hence the car starts otherwise poor experience due to inadequate communication and not fully completed work.
My Ford was towed there by recovery truck with suspected damage to the fuel line.
When I had collected the vehicle on Saturday after 2 kilometres check engine light appeared.
I went back to the garage but they said come back Monday. My ferry was booked for Sunday and
I had to drive 300 miles home wondering if I am going to brake on the road. They serviced the car but didn't delete the faults from the computer. I expected more professional approach considering €277 bill.
If you have a choice don't go there.
Highly recommended car dealership. First-class, competent service and as a customer of Mr. Heiko Viereck you feel very well advised. Despite Corona everything went perfectly and when the vehicle was handed over everything was explained and shown in detail by Mr. Viereck. I would buy a car here again and again.
Very good advice, good prices, I recommend it
Really very friendly and nice advice. It was patiently looked at with us and quickly made an appointment for a test drive. First we were met by Mr. Schneider jr. Advice and then there was a very competent and nice contract with Mr. Viereck. The takeover was done by Mr. Viereck, he explained my newly acquired piece of jewelry so that I also understood the whole "technology". I would always recommend this car dealership to my friends and families.
