A super friendly saleswoman gave me really great advice today. Finally someone again who has read the books himself and could tell you a lot about them. The shop is also well stocked and you can find everything your heart desires.

Yesterday I went to the Thalia branch on the high way and I have to say that I was rarely given such friendly, competent and helpful advice as here. The employee Ms. Raulfs tried very hard until I finally found THE perfect book! Thank you very much for that 💐

Friendliness is (actually🤔) a German word and should not only be understood but also be taken for granted. But is probably very dependent on the type of day in the service. Even the most beautiful packaging is of no use if the book is then slammed on the counter. But by then it was already paid for
