Avoid buying from this car park! They are deceivers and hide elementary things... They sold me a car for which repairs cost me another 3000 euros (defective air conditioning system (repair = 1700 euro), second "Kessy" key is not the original one for the car and is not working (repair = 700 euro), missing tire pressure sensors (repair 350 euro ) etc.

I drove from Frankfurt to Duisburg to this dealer on Saturday, November 14th, 2020. I called the day before and asked if the car was still available; he said yes. The car itself was advertised as a checkbook and without damage. When we arrived on Saturday morning after a 2.5 hour drive, we found the car. The car had three large scratches on the fender, the brake discs were finished and the pads were worn. The tailgate couldn't be opened and the exhaust roared. We wanted to ask the dealer a few things, but he had no idea about this car. When we asked for the checkbook, the answer came, the car has only been there since Thursday, he still has no documents. When we opened the hood to see the trunk, which is the front of this car, we found the service book. The car had not received an inspection for 40 thousand kilometers, although it was advertised as a checkbook. When we wanted to test drive the car, it didn't even have red license plates for a test drive. The price for the car was absolutely overpriced, the dealer was anything but prepared and had no idea about this car. After we went into price negotiations, the dealer showed little insight and was accommodating. We suggested buying the car for the given price when all the defects were eliminated. The dealer said that he had to calculate the price and that he wanted to contact us next Monday. We are still waiting today!

What can I say. With the many black sheep that will be in this industry, it was a pleasure for me to have bought my vehicle at the company Günta Automobile GmbH. When buying everything went according to plan. All agreements were met and the vehicle was handed over properly. After it turned out that the vehicle has a much too high oil consumption (which the dealer could not know), the necessary repair was given in a fair and expert manner. The company Günta was limited not only to the elimination of the defect, (defective piston rings) but, the entire engine was completely and professionally overhauled in the course of the repair.
