Unfortunately, the takeover of Mr. Nolte did not work out. A difference like day and night from the service. I got a call that my gas stove is ready and ready to be picked up. A new hose and regulator should be replaced. When I wanted to get it 1 week later, it wasn't finished! Funny because I got the call that he was ready to be picked up. A spare part is still missing that will come the same day. 3 days later I called what was going on with the stove. He'd just finished, but they'd found something that wasn't quite right. I repeated what should be done and good. The next day I wanted to pick up the stove. the question came as to whether the controller should also be replaced! Funny, the job was to swap the regulator among others. The fitter disappeared into the workshop and I saw how he was working on the actually finished stove. I was then told by the fitter that they had found an error yesterday evening. Now I was getting annoyed and wanted to know how a stove that was actually already finished 10 days ago could constantly produce new errors! There was no reasonable answer from the staff. The bill was then almost twice as high as estimated. Although the receptionist confirmed my amount of the costs, the fitter insisted on his statement. I then demanded that I take my stove back with me as it was left. The dismantling was suddenly very quick! Unfortunately, they have not been able to restore the condition. I was given a screw connection, but it doesn't fit. My old one, which was previously intact and shouldn't be replaced at all, was added on and broken. A piece had broken out. Bad to him who thinks evil and thus explains the repair. I just don't want to assume this now. Unfortunately, to this day I have not received an answer to my written request. The end of the story is that my stove is broken now. I'll have to buy a new one. Therefore I cannot recommend the shop at all. Be careful with repair orders!

Since Mr. Nolte no longer runs the shop himself, things have gone downhill ... unfriendly and incompetent! Schade was always happy there ...
