Very unprofessional moving company, poor communication because hardly any knowledge of German. The screws from several cabinets were simply thrown into a bag after dismantling and then pressed into our hands. Yes, thank you now we can laboriously search for which screws belong to which cabinet. Several pieces of furniture have quirks and our mattresses are smeared with oil, because they were touched immediately after wearing the car tires. Not recommendable.

We also like to join the positive voices. Too bad that I can only give 5 stars, because this company and its service is flawless! We are very critical and unfortunately we have often had negative experiences with various companies, so we were all the more careful and very attentive. It all started with the online form on the Alltransport24 homepage, in which you can simply enter your interior. Very user-friendly and understandable. I immediately received the offer: I could hardly believe the low price and of course had to strike immediately. Then I had a few additions and my concerns were immediately taken into account and I received feedback promptly. Now the move day has come today (1.7.20). The boys stood in front of the house on time and got an overview. Then it already started. All very friendly, polite staff. Don't worry: you understand and speak German 😉 Fast, reliable and careful. NO wall scraping or banging. Thank you for this great job to everyone involved! Everything went smoothly even at the destination! The helpers were very happy about the homemade Carne chilli and the cool drinks as attention.
