We moved within Hildesheim on July 23, 2020. The support was absolutely professional and friendly from the first recording of the move, through the appointment, the information and ultimately the implementation of the move. The moving team was nice and helpful and we had no damage to report. The remittance due to our own contribution was also announced on our account the next day. Our move was on 04/20/20, I have to say the whole process, procedure and billing was TOP. Ms. Niemann came by personally beforehand, the recording was very professional and quick. On the day of the move, the team was super punctual (it was announced beforehand by email). The team was super nice and helpful, and above all quick. No time wasting or anything else, ... absolute 1 with asterisk. All in all, everything was packaged excellently and was safely transported without damage. The overpaid amount was already back in my account 1 day later ..... Should I still have to move ... Niemann again and again a 100% recommendation on our part. Thanks again
