Great place with dedicated artists. Interesting changing exhibitions and occasional concerts, poetry slam etc.

Interested visitors are on the "private area" seemingly undesirable ... was very impertinent referenced from the site ... the sound makes the music! You may not be dependent on visitors due to good funding or you may want to stay with yourself ... But I may have spared myself a lot of sorrow at the sight of so-called art ... Please clearly indicate to the "operator" at the fence that it is a private area, which may not be entered when the gate is wide open! Thank you!
