The selection itself and the shop is very nice, but the handling of vouchers is catastrophic and customer-unfriendly. The vouchers are limited to 2 years from the month of issue and from the 1st day afterwards no goodwill is shown, even for high 2-digit amounts. It's not nice, but legally okay. However, regarding this situation (the period for the voucher has expired, but has not yet expired), the consumer advice center writes the following: "You can then no longer request the voucher to be redeemed, but in our opinion you are entitled to have the monetary value of the voucher refunded to you. [...] (Otherwise) the dealer would be unjustifiably enriched. " Since I don't want to worry about it any further, as a payment of only half or any part of the bookstore as a credit on a purchase is denied despite a reference to the legal situation, I have now disposed of the vouchers and can Absolutely not recommend this bookstore to anyone. From now on I will urgently advise everyone to visit her. Mr. Schoknecht will never see a cent from me again, because this behavior is not customer-oriented, brazen and illegal. I've never seen anything like it before.

That's how I imagine bookstore. Competent consulting. High usable expertise always friendly and courteous treatment of the customers. Fast uncomplicated procurement of non-expen- sive books.
