Overall, hopefully a solid gas station.
What in my opinion does not work is an employee who, according to Schild, appears under the name Mitschke; and I noticed several times negatively;
prefers to play on his mobile phone while customers want to pay.
Another time dialogue in the wording:
Me: "..and a little coffee to take away please!"
M. "X €"
Me: "It says Y €."
M: "You said" middle coffee ""
Me: "No, I definitely didn't say".
And simply unfriendly.
The car wash is great, my bus fit in well and was bright afterwards. 🤩
Incompetent and unfriendly staff:
Fueled two different types of fuel and wanted to pay separately
Employee does not listen properly and books both amounts together.
The request to separate amounts is acknowledged with "I can not"
The request to cancel the process is brushed off: "Can not go"
Next request to call the tenant / authorized person and ask for support is not even considered.
Here, there is a lack of customer orientation, poor training status, lousy processes (what to do if ....) with bad computer technology
Not recommendable
Why don't the employees wear masks ???? But GROßKOTZIG instruct the customers to create one!?!? Which in turn is smiled at 😡😡😡😡0 stars is unfortunately not possible. (happened to my niece) the boss came very close to her and pointed out to her after she had taken off her mask, because the employees didn't wear any but just dangled on their side.
